Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Hooray! Cookies is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party shipping companies, or for loss resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@sunflourbaking.com or rey@sunflourbaking.com. Please include a clear image of the product, along with the lot number and expiration date printed on the packaging.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, at our discretion, to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact us directly with any questions regarding a wholesale order.
